Here are my researches.
Our laboratory has studied the optical and
structural properties of Ⅲ-Ⅴsemiconductors,
other mixed crystals, CVD diamonds and high-Tc
oxide superconductors et al.
- Analysis of the micro-crystalline structure of Ⅲ-Ⅴcompounds, related
materials, CVD diamonds and high-Tc oxide superconductors et al.
- Raman scattering measurements and theoretical analysis
- SEM images, photoluminescence and X-ray diffraction measurements
- Development of the tools aided with multimedia for engineering education
- Research on the development and performance improvement of soccor robots
- Development of a robot-based on-site teaching system and its expansion for social applications
